Refund policy

At Motherbits Store, we offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at motherbitsstore@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Motherbits Store reserves the right to approve or reject return, refund, exchange, or cancellation requests based on the condition of the item and compliance with this policy. All decisions are made in accordance with applicable laws.
